  • Applicant must:

    1. Be outside Australia when applying for this visa

    2. Have the intention of coming to Australia for a purpose of visit only

    3. Have sufficient money to support the stay in Australia

    4. Have health insurance

    5. Meet health and character requirements

  • Applicant must:

    1. Be inside Australia when applying for this visa

    2. Have the intention of coming to Australia for a purpose of visit only

Visa 600 – Sponsored Family Stream

This visa allows those people who are sponsored by eligible family members to come to Australia temporarily and visit their family members.

Processing Time for Sponsored Family Stream – Subclass 600: 37 – 51 Days

  • Applicant must:

    1. Be sponsored by an eligible family member who is an Australian citizen or permanent Australian resident.

    2. Have the intention of coming to Australia for a purpose of visit only

Visa 600 – Approved Destination Status Stream

This visa allows the citizen of the People’s Republic of China to visit approved destinations in Australia on a tour that is organised by an approved travel agent for a granted time period.

  • Applicant must:

    1. Be a part of a tour to approved destinations of Australia organized by an approved travel agent

    2. Be the citizen of the People’s Republic of China

    3. Have the intention of coming to Australia for a purpose of visit only

Visa 600 – Frequent Traveller Stream

This visa allows those citizens of the People’s Republic of China who travel to Australia often for the business or personal reasons to stay in Australia temporarily.

Processing Time for Frequent Traveller Stream – Subclass 600: 7 – 8 Days


  • Applicant must:

    1. Hold a passport and be a citizen of the People’s Republic of China

    2. Have the intention of coming to Australia for a purpose of visit only

    3. Have sufficient money to support the stay in Australia

Visa 600 – Business Visitor Stream

This visa allows visiting Australia temporarily for business reasons such as attending the conference, business meetings or negotiations etc.
